The Parish church of St Mary & Giles Church, Stony Stratford is a Grade II* listed building, Comprising a Chancel, hall church Nave with north and south aisles, north east vestry & sacristy area, and west tower. The Lychgate (1928) is located at the High Street entrance. C.E.L Group (1989) ltd were appointed as Main contractor to establish site set up in the busy high street of Stony Stratford. Communication between highways and vicar was a key arrangement within this project. Planning and coordinating the labour force, plant and materials along the way. This tiling contracts schedule of works included; Doff cleaning of stonework, heritage timber, stonework, banker and fix, curvature sand cast lead gutters, setting out and laying handmade tiles to turret and internal Keim decoration.
